One of my favorite activities during the hot summer months here in Texas is to drive down to White Rock Lake and spend the day kayaking. Now with a UTD partnership with White Rock Paddle Company, I can get an hour of free kayaking whenever I want to go and I am going to take advantage of it. Last year we took a trip to the lake as a club and had a ton of fun, but it is almost even more relaxing to go alone and read a book or listen to music out floating on the peaceful wake.
